A few useful details about the clean
Standard end-of-tenancy cleaning includes carpet vacuuming and normal bathroom limescale removal, including accessible areas inside and around the toilet bowl. Professional carpet extraction and sofa or upholstery cleaning are extra services.
Light marks on suitable washable walls may be wiped. Heavy or long-standing limescale, stubborn stains, extensive wall washing, or high, large or delicate ceiling lights may need extra time or specialist access. We’ll review photos and agree any extra price with you before doing extra work.
Cleaning cannot guarantee a deposit return or that every stain can be removed.

Can you follow my letting agent’s checklist?
Yes. Complete the form, then send the checklist in WhatsApp with photos of the property. We’ll review it and confirm what is included before booking.
Is carpet cleaning included?
Vacuuming is included in a standard end-of-tenancy clean. Professional carpet extraction cleaning is an additional service and will be priced separately.
What about limescale, wall marks or high ceiling lights?
Normal bathroom limescale removal is included. Heavy or long-standing limescale, stubborn wall stains, extensive wall washing, and high, large or delicate light fittings may require extra time or specialist access. We’ll discuss any extra charge with you first.
Will the cleaning guarantee my deposit back?
No. We’ll work to the agreed cleaning scope, but the deposit decision belongs to your landlord or agent, and cleaning cannot guarantee it.
How is the price and payment agreed?
We’ll confirm the work and price with you in writing before booking. Payment method and timing will be stated in your quote.

Your quote will confirm the agreed work, price and date. Please tell us about any changes before the clean; extra work will only be done after you agree its price.
